Our Board Members

Adrianne Jones-Alston is a Restorative Justice Architect and national advocate for survivors impacted by incarceration and systemic harm. She is the Founder and President of the Jones Foundation for Returning Citizens Inc., where she leads efforts to connect individuals and families recognized as survivors to the resources and support needed to rebuild their lives.

As the daughter of Leodus Jones, Adrianne serves as a second-generation voice for those affected by the Holmesburg Prison Experiments. She leads a growing Restorative Justice Initiative that centers healing, accountability, and the lasting impact on families and communities.

Her work bridges lived experience with education, advocacy, and community partnerships restoring dignity and reshaping how reentry and justice are understood.

Ja'Ir Henderson Da'Ron Rice is a cinematographer, producer, writer and IMC Specialist, affiliated with RDR Promotions and Chinchecka TV as the  official videographer alongside the Jones Foundation as a media specialist and graphic designer.  

Grandson of Herbert Rice, a victim of the Holmesburg Prison Experiments, Ja'Ir creates stunning visuals that are captured, cut, colour corrected and  conceptualized.

Since his early  years he has had a strong passion for media creation. This interest was  first sparked by his mother who would film home movies. A few years  later, Rice started creating home movies and vlogs of his own in 2010  that never made it to the internet. A year later he started a YouTube  channel followed by two other channels seven years later.

While HyDeph is also signed to Spring Garden Records releasing projects, and  collaborating with other artists, he releases records independently  through Afterglo World Wide alongside Chris Douglas, ChaZZ Love, Mystic,  Knowbahdi & iIizuko.
