Lowes Services LLC Transitional Housing, in collaboration with the Jones Foundation for Returning Citizens Inc, is a pioneering project designed to provide crucial support for reentry and mental health clients. Their program inaims to facilitate a smooth transition for individuals reentering society by offering safe and supportive housing environments. Through a unified  approach, we address not only housing needs but also prioritize mental health support, fostering a sense of community support.
