Jones Foundation for Returning Citizens Inc.
Mission Statement
The Jones Foundation for Returning Citizens Inc. is a survivor centered restorative justice organization dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and communities impacted by incarceration, systemic harm, addiction, trauma, poverty, and unethical institutional practices.
We believe that reentry is not limited to individuals returning home from incarceration. Reentry also includes the families, children, and communities forced to survive the long term emotional, educational, financial, and social effects of systemic injustice.
Our mission is to serve as a bridge between survivors and the resources, education, advocacy, healing spaces, and community partnerships needed to rebuild healthy and sustainable lives.
Through restorative justice, education, research, mentorship, advocacy, and community collaboration, the Jones Foundation works to create pathways toward healing, empowerment, economic stability, and successful reintegration into society.
Survivors break silence after decades

The Holmesburg Prison Experiments Survivors Network
The Jones Foundation for Returning Citizens Inc is dedicated to improving the lives of those in need. Part of our mission is to provide resources and support this underserved community of people. The Holmesburg Prison Experiment Survivors and families are one of our top priorities. The Holmesburg Prison Experiments issue is a very complex topic that raises important ethical issues. As people who were affected by the Holmesburg Prison Experiments we need community and medical support to aid us in the healing process due to the trauma and scars we carry that are deeply rooted, requiring specialized care and understanding to address the lasting mental and emotional distress resulting from these unethical experiments, (See the book , Acres of Skin by Allen Hornblum for a thorough accounting of the Holmesburg Prison Experiments)
